Hi, I am Chita, I am a qualified Dentist, Personal Trainer and an Online Health Coach and I have been through the a life changing journey managing and controlling my PCOS.
I had been given so much incorrect advice and guidance from Doctors, Coaches, Naturopaths and Personal Trainers during my journey.
This is why I decided to create the PCOS Consultant, and the EmpowerHER Circle.
So I can help ladies just like me - ladies with PCOS.
I struggled with my PCOS, I let it control me and I also really struggled to lose weight, to manage my hormones and I just didn't feel confident in my body.
I always felt stuck, trapped, one step forward and two steps backwards, I was in a rut and I could tell my PCOS was getting worse, heavy periods, extreme facial hair, acne and lots of mood swings.
But then I found the right approach for me, not something generic and thats when the progress happened and I finally felt in control of my PCOS and I want you to be in control too.

Education is an important part of this, so there will be modules released each week for you to geek out on
You will get your personalised calories and macros. If you don’t know what this means, do no worry! You will be a pro at the end
Each day you will be asked to share your food diary in the Facebook group for accountability
You will also get video workouts to follow in your own time, these are as short as 10 minutes or can be up to 30 minutes. Your choice!
We will have LIVE webinars where you will have the opportunity to ask questions as well in the group
We will also be tracking your menstrual cycle as well as education on what the variations in cycles mean and how to regulate your cycle for optimum health and fertility.
Each week you will be updating your progress as well
The programme is evidence based and we have helped 100’s of women before, so as long as you trust the process and follow consistency and accuracy, it will work.
I dont believe in providing meal plans as it triggers a very rigid approach, and with PCOS we can often find different things work for different people.
You will be given a calorie and protein target to follow and I will also provide a selection of recipes for inspiration as well

Yes, I am vegetarian and I have worked with a lot of ladies who are vegan/plant based and you will still see great progress.
Not at all! We don't need to cut out any food groups to manage your hormones.
No, there are some supplements which can help our hormones but these are not mandatory.
You will get a personalised calorie and protein target and as long as you follow the process with consistency, we will also give you carb and fat targets too.
If you have any questions, these will be asked and answered in the Facebook group as it is a community and we want our other ladies to benefit from your questions too.
It is personalised when it comes to your food but it is not the same depth as my personalised 1-1 coaching where we get to work very closely with each other.
The workouts are short effective workouts which you can do from home using body weight or resistance bands. If you have your own weights, you can add these to the workouts but its not needed.
I have made PCOS friendly workouts for all skills and fitness levels. Even better, these are in video workout format so it you are virtually working out with me
You can workout from the gym if you like, however, the workouts can also be completed from home.
A full gym workout is not supplied in this programme as its really important to practice good form and focus on the other aspects of PCOS too.
Of course, this programme focuses on food, education, accountability alongside other elements, so your personal training can supplement this programme.
Results can vary depending on factors such as adherence to the program, individual metabolism, starting weight, and overall health status. Consistency and patience are key, and it's essential to focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes rather than rapid weight loss. If you follow the programme well you can expect to lose at least 2 dress sizes and start regulating your hormones alongside lots of other benefits like reducing stress, overwhelm etc as well.
As long as you make time to focus on your food and your steps you will still see great changes. Workouts are not necessarily needed although they can increase your progress.
This is evidence and science based as long as you are being open and honest, it will work. You have a weekly check in as well with group feedback and this will help us pin point how progress is going.
By being consistent with good food and exercise, this will help regulate your hormones alongside the quality of your eggs. So please be aware of this and be wise - we have had quite a few unplanned pregnancies!
Yes, you will get support from the group community, the more you all interact, the more fun the programme will be
